Why should I order from you?
I’m glad you asked! I’ve been a digital artist for the past decade and a photographer for over 30 years. I’ve worked with over 1,000 customers on their special portrait and operate a successful Etsy store with over 300 five star reviews. I offer Free Shipping on all orders (to Australia, Canada and the USA) plus a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. My goal is to make ordering custom artwork easy and fun.
What if I don’t like my portrait?
My goal is to make sure you’re happy with your new artwork. Before anything is printed you’ll have the opportunity to review the artwork. At that point you are welcome to provide feedback and I will work with you to make sure it’s just right. Your artwork will only be printed once you have given your approval.

How long will my custom portrait take to create?
Approximate turnaround time from ordering to receiving your print is 2 - 3 weeks. Rush orders may be possible - please ask.
What if my photo isn’t good enough?
I can work from most photos but there are some limitations due to the semi-automated nature of this process. If you're unsure, just send through what you have—I’ll let you know if it’s workable and may offer some options to enhance it. The goal is always to create the most beautiful portrait possible.
Isn’t this just a filter or AI?
No. After doing hundreds of architectural portraits over the years I’ve developed my own unique process. It involves careful editing of your photo before it is rendered as a watercolour painting. Then each piece is hand finished with the final touches to make it completely unique.
